Endeavour is a designated Sports High School situated in the south of Sydney that has a student population of over 1300.
It is a comprehensive, co–educational high school which provides a caring, disciplined, well–resourced environment where all students can achieve their potential through quality teaching and learning.
It has an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander enrolment of 67.

We currently offer 14 Targeted Sports Programs and have partnerships with elite sporting organisations including Sydney FC, the Sydney Swans, Cricket NSW, Basketball NSW, Baseball NSW, Cronulla Sharks National Rugby League club, and Netball NSW.This position requires a person with excellent administrative skills who can lead and manage critical whole-school administration tasks.Selection CriteriaDemonstrated ability to fulfil whole-school administration roles including the daily organisation of staff cover and the employment of temporary and casual staff, variations to routine, and the development and implementation of rosters and schedules.Demonstrated ability to manage the school's timetabling and student reporting processes.Demonstrated ability to initiate and implement improvements to administration processes.Demonstrated ability to operate effectively across the school through dynamic leadership, outstanding organisation and high quality relationship building.General Selection CriteriaSuccessful teaching experience with capacity to initiate improvement in teaching, learning and classroom practice.Knowledge of curriculum, assessment and student welfare with the ability to lead and design quality, inclusive teaching and learning programs.Educational leadership skills to build the capacity and manage the performance of individuals and teams.Well developed communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to build relationships and engage students, staff and parents.Ability to plan and manage resources effectively and equitably to support teaching and learning.Knowledge of and commitment to the Department's Aboriginal education policy.ConditionsAn unconditional full approval to teach is a requirement.
