**As our Head Manager you will: -
Lead daily operations of business and drive your team to actively meet sales goals
:

Provide premium customer experience, manage inventory, reconcile cash and drive in store promotion and social media management
:

Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations :

Bring high energy, commitment and sales experience to the role; you will be hands-on and thoroughly enjoy leading an inspiring team.
**Required Skills: -
Proven experience in leading a dynamic team and creating a high energy, positive environment :

Ability to engage with customers and convert walk in's to purchasing clients

Enforce policies and procedures to ensure high level of customer experience and safety

Ability to monitor and measure your teams performance to achieve goals

Strong communication and writing skills

**Qualifications

3 + years of sales-retail management or business experience :

Demonstrated ability in being an effective salesperson :

Strong customer service, management and communication skills

The position is full-time, including availability to work weekends and evenings.
