Adelaide's Finest Patisserie is a purpose built kitchen, producing high quality gateaux, pastries, cakes, entremets, high tea and a range of artisan chocolates.
Four years ago, we transformed a disused trolley bay at Adelaide's Finest Pasadena into Australia's first working patisserie inside a supermarket. Our aspiration was to create something truly special, and recently, our team's exceptional pastry creations inside this counter-to-ceiling glass kitchen have been recognised at such a high level.
Entering Royal Adelaide Show this year for the first time, our patisserie team took home several awards for: Australia's Best Croissant, Best Apprentice Baker, Champion Product of The Show.
We are looking for a Head Patissier to take charge of our team and take their product to an international level. You will be fully supported in this process, assisting you to facilitate your art.
