Location: SydneyType: Permanent, full timeHybrid role, happy to talk flexible workingThe opportunity We have an opportunity for a Head of Transformation Projects to join the AUSPAC Technology Team, reporting to the GM, Technology, Portfolio and Delivery. In this role, you will lead the multi-year Enterprise Transformation Project in the AUSPAC Modernisation. This role will focus on managing transformational initiatives that require collaboration, coordination and delivery within time, budget and aligned to business objectives and outcomes.
Your new role As Head of Transformation Projects, you will be responsible for the delivery of the multi-year Enterprise Transformation project (ETP). You will also:
Manage the execution and delivery including risk management, 3rd party vendor management and ensure delivery against the program objectives and outcomes.Lead a team of project resources to effectively deliver including identifying and managing risks and dependencies.Empower the team, support and mentor the program resources, role modeling QBE's values and leadership capabilities.About you To be successful in this role you will have significant experience in Business Transformation, including Project Management, coupled with relevant:
