Your role:As the Head of Trade Sales, you will lead our trade team through an exciting period of growth. This high-profile role will provide you with the opportunity to be in the spotlight and drive the performance and growth of the portfolio through the development of the trade strategy and its execution through your leadership. Key to your success in this role, will be your ability to demonstrate growth through market share gains, enhancing sales profitability and financial performance targets through your team. We represent market leading brands that have a wide range of technical applications across the trade and industrial markets. The sales team interfaces principally with engineers, architects, applicators, civil and construction companies and builders. You are a strong and collaborative individual who provides influential leadership to both direct and indirect reports and creates a culture of accountability, excellence and success. You will have extensive experience leading a team at a national level, have a commercial growth mindset and be performance and results oriented.
