Leadership role Be at the forefront of CBRE's Pacific Technology function Highly visible role with global exposure and opportunity for impact Sydney | Land of the Gadigal People
Your day to day: Collaborate with executive leadership to create and manage a technology roadmap for the Pacific region which will both enable leaders and end users. Bring to life end-to-end complex technology initiatives in collaboration with an onshore and offshore team. Adopting a cohesive, confident approach in driving strategic initiatives from conception to execution. Build capability roadmaps and continually explore possibilities with evolving digital tools as a thought leader within the business community. Develop the standard ways of operating and building within the tech platform in a way that is robust, secure, efficient, accessible, sustainable and scalable. Partner with a diverse set of stakeholders to define, test, validate, and implement new features and ideas that delight the customer UX. Serve as an internal champion for technology initiatives and assist the business adopt best practices and influence outcomes. Establish and maintain successful relationships with a complex set of cross-functional stakeholders across executive leadership and CBRE business lines. Partner successfully with Corporate Services functions and navigate a matrixed environment.
About you: Track record in a similar role within Property, Professional Services or an aligned industry within a global organisation. You should be ambitious and focused on the next step in your career-we'll consider candidates who haven't yet been in a lead role. Experience creating and leading an effective delivery team both onshore and offshore. Tertiary qualifications within Computer Science, Product Management, Information Systems, Design, or related field. Demonstrable experience in Product Delivery, Product Management, Digital Product Leadership or Management of Technology Delivery. Adept with data management and delivery of relevant digital products supporting internal and external customers. People and relationship focused: ability to build rapport and influence at executive level. Capacity to navigate a matrixed environment in a global setting. Culturally senstive with high EI. Strong and open communicator with the ability to translate technical strategy and articulate actionable business recommendations.
