Drive adoption/usage of your solutions and tools across Atlassian products and external partners and customers.Take ownership for your platform, products, programs, and customer scenarios.
You will identify any inhibitors, issues or opportunities, and address them yourself or find the right owners to do so.As a senior member of the Trust community, you will lead the most complex, cross-divisional projects/initiatives.
This could include managing complex dependencies and projects with a broad scope across the company.Your Background12+ years on software teams as a TPM, Engineer, Engineering Manager or PM5+ years of people management experienceAnalyzing business priorities, customer needs, industry trends and articulating a long-term roadmap for your area of responsibilitiesTranslating customer and/or product requirements into technical requirementsInfluencing architecture or technical design, by leveraging subject matter expertise and technical depthDriving projects spanning multiple teams, including negotiating and reaching agreement with partners and stakeholders, shepherding the project while identifying and mitigating risks, making trade-off decisions that optimize the outcomeExperience building commercial Cloud ServicesExperience in Security technologiesAtlassian offers a variety of perks and benefits to support you, your family and to help you engage with your local community.
