Commencing Term 1 2025, this newly created role will be an important member of the Rathfarnham leadership team and play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of innovative learning programs, ensuring that our primary students reach their full potential. The position reports to the Director of Teaching and Learning, is an ongoing substantive teaching role with a three-year leadership appointment that includes a designated teaching load.Key Responsibilities:Develop and oversee the teaching and learning programs for all Rathfarnham students (including those with specific learning needs and talents) in alignment with whole school strategy.Work closely with teachers to support curriculum design and review, providing strategies for effective teaching and differentiated instruction to meet the diverse needs of all learners.Work closely with the Director of Teaching and Learning, contributing to strategic discussions, sharing insights on best practices, and collaborating with colleagues to drive continuous improvement in teaching and learning across the School.Manage, coach and develop a team of experienced Learning Diversity practitioners.Further responsibilities as outlined in the position description.About YouThe ideal candidate is an accomplished educator with extensive experience in curriculum design and implementation and a deep knowledge of student development and learning needs.
