This is an exciting, newly created role within one of Australia's fastest growing industries. This role oversees key HR functions including talent acquisition, workforce planning, learning and development and performance management. The successful candidate will foster a high-performance culture that aligns with their values of innovation, sustainability, and excellence.This role will be responsible for building and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition and workforce planning strategy to ensure they have the right talent to meet current and future business objectives.
