This role is pivotal in sourcing, attracting, and retaining the high-quality talent required to achieve the company's growth objectives. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to bring the company up to a 'best-in-class' level for sourcing, attraction, and retention capabilities.

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Talent to lead their talent acquisition and retention efforts.
What you'll do:

Identify and build best-in-class talent around Australia focusing on current and new territoriesManage the end-to-end recruitment processCollaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needsBuild and maintain a strong employer brandAdvise on issues that might reduce the attractiveness of the businessComplete benchmarking activities to inform decisions regarding systems, working patterns, recruitment, pay and benefitsHeadhunt the best talent available aligned to the goals and structure of the businessImplement onboarding and induction pathways for new talentImplement measures to streamline and continuously improve the onboarding experience
What you bring:

Proven experience in talent acquisition and retentionStrong understanding of workforce planning strategiesAbility to build and maintain a strong employer brandExperience in conducting benchmarking activitiesExpertise in headhunting top talentExperience in implementing effective onboarding strategies
