EPG Group is seeking a strategic and results-driven

Head of Talent Acquisition

to lead and support a portfolio of 1000 plus clients across the APAC region, including regional support for blue-chip staffing programs. This pivotal role focuses on shaping talent acquisition strategies, driving operational excellence, and delivering strong financial outcomes tailored to the Australian and APAC markets. This role is based in Australia, with occasional travel to support global operations.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies aligned with EPG Group's global vision and APAC market trends.Lead recruitment initiatives to address the diverse hiring needs of local and multinational clients.Build, inspire, and manage a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and a culture of excellence.Operational Excellence:Optimise recruitment processes for efficiency, scalability, and regulatory compliance in Australia.Leverage performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure consistent service quality.Partner with clients to deliver customised staffing solutions aligned with their business objectives.P&L Management:Oversee the Talent Acquisition division's P&L, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.Implement cost optimisation strategies while identifying opportunities for sustainable revenue growth.Client Engagement:Build and maintain strong relationships with Australian and global clients, ensuring trust, satisfaction, and long-term retention.Act as a trusted advisor, aligning client recruitment strategies with their broader organisational goals.Lead workforce planning efforts to anticipate talent needs and address market trends.Design flexible recruitment frameworks adaptable to regional and global client demands.Collaborate with senior leadership to align talent acquisition goals with organisational priorities.Australian Workforce Initiatives:Ensure compliance with Australian employment laws, visa regulations, and the Fair Work Act.Leverage regional market insights to craft culturally and operationally effective recruitment strategies.Address skill shortages and workforce challenges with innovative, market-responsive solutions.Qualifications:Extensive leadership experience in talent acquisition within the Australian market, ideally in a global staffing or recruitment context.Demonstrated success in managing P&L, with a proven ability to drive profitability and sustainable growth.Comprehensive knowledge of Australian employment laws, labour market trends, and regulatory frameworks.Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and inspiring geographically dispersed teams.Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Personal Attributes:Visionary and results-oriented, with deep expertise in Australia's talent acquisition landscape.Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.Analytical, adaptable, and focused on delivering measurable, innovative results.Why Join Us?At EPG Group, you'll be part of a team revolutionizing workforce management by offering globally compliant solutions.
