ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the CEO, you will take full control of the supply chain, including inbound, inventory, warehouse management & replenishment to last mile delivery. With accountability for DC's in both Christchurch and Brisbane you will also be responsible for:
Leading and developing your direct reports to drive a culture of high performance and safety Optimising the logistics network to improve inventory availability and the overall customer experience Effectively managing the logistics budget and partners in line with expectations Setting and delivering on the medium to long term supply chain objectives as agreed with the executive team to deliver on the growth aspirations of the business Delivering on continuous improvement projects as required to improve overall business performance ABOUT THE CANDIDATE
You will be a supply chain professional, ideally with a strong track record of success within the Retail, 3PL or aligned industry. Having worked within a business with a strong on-line presence you will also possess;
Proven logistics experience, ideally having managed multiple sites and both 3PL/Inhouse operations Experience in setting and delivering on a supply chain strategy in a growth business Leading and developing teams to improve overall performance Strong stakeholder management skills having worked closely with and presented to Executive Teams The ability to drive and deliver significant transformational change cross functionally A customer focused approach to delivering supply chain excellence WHATS ON OFFER Joining one of Australia & New Zealand's greatest pureplay success stories Christchurch or Brisbane location, with parking on-site An opportunity to drive strategic change and growth for a major consumer brand Leading an accomplished and high performing team, and reporting into C-Suite Joining a people-centric, celebratory, and warm company culture Attractive package on offer + STI + Benefits HOW TO APPLY
