The Role
True Foods is seeking a Head of Supply Chain to lead end-to-end operations and drive growth. The role focuses on developing team capabilities, scaling processes, and enhancing supply chain networks across Australia and New Zealand. This leader will oversee a team of eight, including the Procurement Manager and GM of Supply Chain & Systems, with an emphasis on coaching and upskilling. The ideal candidate will have strong strategic leadership, prioritise team success, and demonstrate humility.
Key objectives include optimising multi-site production, integrating third-party manufacturers, managing supplier growth, and improving storage and distribution networks. This role requires a proactive leader with creative problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate across teams, ensuring continuous improvement and successful supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities:
Industry Experience : Strong background in Food Manufacturing/FMCG, particularly with major retailers and food service clients. Team-First Leadership : A people-oriented leader who excels in mentoring, guiding, and fostering team success. Strategic Vision & Hands-On Approach : A blend of big-picture thinking and hands-on execution to keep supply chain processes smooth and efficient. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience in Food Manufacturing or FMCG, proven in building high-performing teams and optimizing supply chains.
