Operating from a network of stores, trade centres, frame and truss sites, and online, Bunnings caters for consumer and commercial customers.By joining our passionate and diverse team, you will have the opportunity to grow, develop, have fun and make a positive difference – to our customers and the communities where we live and work.We are seeking an experienced Supply & Install Project Lead to join our Bunnings Commercial Team.About YouAs the Supply & Install (S&I) Project Lead, you will oversee the receiving and installation of S&I offers/joinery at multi-residential sites, ensuring top-notch service for our commercial customers. Your responsibilities will include:Conducting onsite measurements for all joinery and other S&I offers.Managing site logistics, including access and lift usage, while aligning customer expectations with business capabilities.Overseeing on-site inductions with subcontractors and ensuring all work is completed to standard.Ensuring subcontractors adhere to safe workplace practices.Executing practical and final completion sign-offs.Delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.Joining a collaborative team, you are a tenacious problem solver with a strong commercial mindset and excellent organizational skills. Your ability to build relationships, manage stakeholders, and communicate effectively has driven your success.Additionally, you bring:Hands-on experience within the Commercial construction industry and extensive knowledge of the whole of build process.Experience as a Project Site Manager.Strong Joinery/Carpentry and associated product knowledge.Quick problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to read, interpret, and troubleshoot architectural plans and CAD software.White Card Accreditation.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.A willingness to learn all S&I offers.We're here to support you.Bunnings strives to ensure everyone is treated fairly and our team is committed to supporting you at any stage of your recruitment journey.
