We are excited to announce an exceptional opportunity for a Head of Stakeholder Partnering to join the Orion Care team. We are seeking a dynamic leader with a strategic mindset and a passion for fostering outstanding relationships within the health, local community and disability sectors.
About Us Orion Care started in 2020 and has grown successfully over the last four years, now providing high-quality, in-home services to people living in 40 homes around Adelaide, and rapidly expanding into regional areas of South Australia and into Victoria.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:  Actively championing the 'Orion Care Way,' ensuring that the actions of you and your teams consistently embody our values and behaviours.Identifying, assessing and making the most of market opportunities for sustainable business growth and expansion, working closely with colleagues to improve current product offerings and develop new ones.Developing and implementing a comprehensive business plan, incorporating clear objectives, milestones and measures of success.Securing and retaining the right clients, making sure that Orion Care has the capability to deliver every client's service needs and goals.  Ensuring that clients are located in homes that offer a great experience and sustainable long term service arrangements.Developing and maintaining outstanding relationships with key stakeholders of existing and prospective clients.Driving the continuous development of staff and team capabilities, reinforcing Orion Care's position as an employer of choice. You will have Qualifications in the following:  A minimum of a bachelor's degree.Current Driver License and working vehicle. Your profile will include: Strong values-based leader with great interpersonal and relationship building skills.Outstanding leader, manager and coach, experienced at managing diverse and remote teams to get results.A proven track record in strategic business planning, marketing and business development.Extensive experience in the health, community services and/or disability sectors, experience of the National Disability Insurance Scheme highly desirable.Adept at finding solutions, in an ambiguous and fast paced environment, that can secure the support of all interested parties.
