Troocoo are very excited to be seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Solutions & Analytics to lead the development and implementation of data strategy for our highly reputable and established QLD Based Organisation.
This role is pivotal in ensuring that data-driven insights and solutions are at the core of our digital transformation, driving both operational excellence and strategic growth.
Additionally, the Head of Solutions and Analytics will be collaborate with Senior leadership, technology, and business teams to align data initiatives with the organization's overall strategic goals and digital objectives.
In addition to this, the Head of Solutions and Analytics will be critical in delivering the following key responsibilities:  Provide leadership and coordination of the solutions and analytics team and resource allocation to ensure organisational and service objectives are achieved, workloads are effectively prioritised, and team operations are continually enhanced to meet business needs  Digital Solutions Design: Lead the design of new digital solutions and strategies, and oversee it, ensuring it aligns with the strategic objectives of the organisation.
Enterprise Architecture Management: Oversee and manage enterprise architecture.
Develop and oversee data analytics and information services to provide accurate, timely, and relevant business insights that support strategic planning, policy development, decision-making and risk mitigation   Be proactive in ensuring that the Chief Technology Officer and Executive Leadership Team have access key data to support the evolving strategy  Information and Records Management: Create and evolve the information and records management strategy and oversee relevant service to ensure that business systems meet record keeping standards and continues to evolve in line with best practice.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, executive leadership, and external stakeholders to align digital initiatives with agency goals and ensure effective collaboration.
Compliance & Governance: Ensure that digital solutions and information management practices comply with relevant regulations, data governance standards, and policies.
Team Leadership: effectively lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of digital solutions and data management professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Ensure that effective accountability and reporting mechanisms, staff retention and innovative recruitment strategies, and financial management practices are in place.
Foster commitment to the corporate vision, values, and strategic direction, and ensure that staff development and change management strategies are developed and implemented as required.
To be considered for this exciting new opportunity we are seeking a dynamic and innovative leader demonstrating the following key areas of professional and personable competencies: Demonstrated experience in the following: Solutions Design and Architecture  Data management, analytics, and systems integration to support business objective  Digital transformation best practices, including emerging technologies, data governance, information management and regulatory compliance.
Extensive experience in leading and developing teams with a focus on innovation, collaboration, and performance  Proven ability to manage the development, implementation and evaluation of strategic, business, human resource and performance plans to achieve the organisation's strategic and service delivery objectives  Demonstrated highly developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to consult, negotiate, liaise and manage relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop insights that inform strategic decisions.
Ability to develop sound and concise business cases, briefing documents and presentations, including at a Board level.
Experience and knowledge of financial and budget management practices  Ability to identify and solve complex problems in a dynamic environment.
