Your Role
As Head of Sport, you will lead all aspects of Highview College's diverse sporting programs, from organising key school events such as Swimming, Athletics, and Cross Country Carnivals to managing student participation in lunchtime sports and ICCES competitions.
You will play a pivotal role in mentoring student leaders, providing them with opportunities to develop their leadership skills and support local primary schools in sports.
Additionally, you will be an integral part of the College community, celebrating student achievements and ensuring the highest standards of safety through comprehensive risk assessments and adherence to Child Safe Policies.
Qualifications & Experience
Relevant qualifications in sport, leadership, or a related field.
Strong understanding of child safety principles.
A proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire teams.
