Who We're Looking For

CorePlan is actively searching for a seasoned Sales professional to lead our organisation into the next phase of growth.
You will optimise the existing team of account executives and implement the organisational structure, processes, and systems to sustain growth.

Reporting directly to the C-Suite, this role demands strategic thinking, exceptional leadership, and a proven track record in scaling sales teams within the Enterprise SaaS space.

As the Head of Sales, you will act as a player-coach, managing our sales team across mid-market and enterprise segments, including regional sales leads in ANZ, Americas and Africa.
You will be responsible for orchestrating penetration and expansion into our top global accounts, collaborating cross-functionally to drive revenue growth, and fostering a high-performance sales culture.

Responsibilities

Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of success, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Establish and deliver on a comprehensive sales plan to achieve annual revenue targets.
Identify target markets, set sales goals, and establish performance metrics.
Plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels to drive top-line revenue growth.

Orchestrate the penetration and expansion strategy for our key global account and lead the strategy and negotiations.

Serve as a trusted advisor by gaining a comprehensive understanding of customers' unique challenges and goals.

Provide regular forecasts and reports and insights to the executive team, offering strategic recommendations based on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.

Own and optimise CRM processes, creating, maintaining, and updating sales playbooks.

Work closely with customer success, implementation, and pre-sales teams to ensure smooth handovers and information sharing.

Qualifications and Fit

Ability to navigate through complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.

Strong experience of selling to C-Suite with a good understanding of software sales.

9+ years of experience in B2B Enterprise Sales.

Ability to get hands-on with experience in CRM and Process development.

5+ years of experience in a sales management role.

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, effectively driving revenue growth and market expansion.

Demonstrated proficiency with enterprise sales methodologies showcasing the ability to implement and drive adoption of structured sales processes.

Committed to self-development and open to constructive feedback.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
