We are looking for candidates with exposure in the Textile, Pharma, Engineering, and FMCD industries.

To take care of business development activities PAN India. Setting up targets and reviewing the same on a monthly basis. To research the market and identify potential customers. Develop pricing strategies based on market analysis and competitive positioning. Create a pipeline of customers with expected business potential. To increase business of existing customers either through Primary or Secondary dispatches. To gather new market and customer information by using social networking websites. To establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential customers. To keep an eye on competitors by gathering current marketplace information on pricing & products. To review Key Account performance in the respective regions and keep track of on-time delivery/SLA. To resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports. To work closely with other teams to develop new business. Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
