After successfully securing a £45million investment to fuel our ongoing growth and to further invest in our AI products, we are hiring for a Head of Sales to focus on our APAC region.Based in Sydney,you will lead and drive our GTM organisation in the region and help drive Sales and Profit for Napier.
The Head of Sales will be responsible for driving the strategic direction, growth, and overall management of the company's sales strategy across the Asia-Pacific region.

What you'll be doing: Head of Sales Develop and execute the GTM stategystrategy in alignment with the global vision and objectives. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing GTM team Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to drive growth and market penetration. Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to ensure the company's competitive edge. Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, regulators, and other key stakeholders in the region. Lead the identification, negotiation, and execution of strategic partnerships and alliances. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of governance.

Do you have what it takes? Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Technology, or a related field, or relevant industry experience We are looking for a passionate leader who has a significant, demonstrated experience with creating regionalhigh-performance sales teams within a RegTech business, ideally with an understanding of compliance and AML Deep understanding of the APAC financial markets and regulatory environment.
Proven experience in strategic planning, business development, and operational management. Strong network of contacts within the financial services industry in the APAC region. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Fluency in one or more Asian languages is a plus
