Head of Sales

Drive Sales Growth:
Lead and execute sales strategies to grow revenue across EPG Group's service lines (staffing, payroll, migration and employment law).
Take personal ownership of high-revenue opportunities, focusing on direct sales and achieving ambitious targets.Strategic Sales Leadership:
Develop and implement aggressive sales strategies that align with company goals, focusing on new business development, client acquisition and market expansion.Hands-On Sales Activities:
Take a leading role in direct sales, closing deals with key clients and partners and actively engaging in significant sales negotiations.Cross-Selling & Digital Transformation:
Leverage our existing customer base of thousands (including many blue-chip businesses) to drive cross-sell opportunities and encourage the adoption of our technology platform, ensuring clients benefit from our full suite of services.Market Expansion:
Identify and capitalise on new market opportunities.
Expand EPG Group's presence in both existing and new markets, ensuring competitive positioning.Collaborative Leadership:
Work closely with marketing, product development, and finance teams to ensure sales strategies align with overall company initiatives.
Leverage cross-functional collaboration to support growth.Sales Process Optimisation:
Continuously review and improve sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Implement new sales tools, technologies and methodologies to streamline operations and maximise results.Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key clients, focusing on high satisfaction, retention and opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the existing client base.Performance Management:
Set clear KPIs for sales performance and regularly evaluate outcomes.
Take corrective action when targets are not met, ensuring a continuous improvement culture within the sales team.Revenue Forecasting:
Oversee revenue forecasts and track performance against targets.
Adjust strategies as necessary to ensure sales goals are achieved or exceeded and provide detailed sales performance reports to senior leadership.Pricing and Contract Negotiations:
Develop competitive pricing strategies and lead major contract negotiations, ensuring favourable terms for the company.Requirements
Sales Expertise:
Extensive experience in a senior sales role, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding ambitious sales targets in a high-growth environment.Strategic and Hands-On Leader:
A proactive leader with a roll-up-your-sleeves approach, comfortable leading from the front and directly engaging in sales activities.Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in sales forecasting, reporting, and data analysis.
Ability to interpret sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.Sales Methodologies:
Deep understanding of sales techniques, methodologies, and tools, including familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.Collaboration:
Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and product teams to align sales with broader company objectives.Communication and Negotiation:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to lead complex contract negotiations and build long-term client relationships.Adaptability:
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.Budget Management:
