Our premium spirits brand, The Thieves Collection, has been crafted to deliver exceptional quality and a distinct character that resonates with true connoisseurs of premium spirits. We are the newest and rarest Whisky in the world currently. But we will be expanding into both local and international markets, we are looking for a dynamic, driven, and experienced Head of Sales and Marketing to join our team and spearhead the growth of The Thieves Collection. Get on the ground floor of this premium brand.The Role:Reporting to the National Sales Manager, as the Head of Sales and Marketing for the Thieves Collection, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales and marketing plan to establish The Thieves Collection as a leading premium spirits brand in Australia and abroad. You will lead the charge in growing market share, building brand awareness, and driving sales across multiple channels, including retail, wholesale, and direct-to-consumer. This is a high-impact role for someone who is passionate about premium products and thrives in an entrepreneurial environment. Important to have experience in Alcohol sales, preferably with Spirits.Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & Execution:Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's growth targets for The Thieves Collection.Drive growth in existing markets and expand into new domestic and international markets.Build and manage strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and wholesale partners.Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales KPIs.Identify and secure new sales opportunities across multiple channels (retail, online, wholesale).Marketing Strategy & Brand Development:Develop and execute a marketing plan that builds The Thieves Collection as a premium spirits brand.Oversee all brand communications, advertising, and promotional activities, ensuring they align with the brand's identity and target audience.Lead product launches, events, tastings, and activations to drive awareness and engagement with the brand.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create innovative digital, social, and traditional marketing campaigns.Manage the brand's online presence and e-commerce strategy, ensuring seamless customer experiences.New Product Development:Collaborate with the production and product development teams to support the launch of new products in The Thieves Collection.Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and trends.Provide feedback on packaging, pricing, and positioning to ensure competitive differentiation.Financial & Performance Management:Set and manage sales targets, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring revenue and profitability goals are achieved.Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain brand competitiveness.Produce regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and campaign results for senior management.Required Skills & Experience:Proven track record in sales and marketing leadership, preferably in the premium spirits or FMCG industry.Experience developing and executing sales and marketing strategies for a premium or high-end product.Strong understanding of brand building and consumer behaviour in the luxury or craft beverage market.Ability to develop strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and industry partners.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive results.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a creative and analytical mindset.Experience with digital marketing, e-commerce platforms, and social media campaigns.Ability to manage budgets, set KPIs, and deliver on financial targets.How to Apply:If you are passionate about premium spirits and have the vision to drive The Thieves Collection to new heights, we'd love to hear from you!
