Here, you'll be part of the team, empowered to explore more, experience more and supported by your leader to grow and develop.The Head of Risk at Crown Melbourne will work collaboratively with executives, management, and staff across all lines of business to ensure the consistent embedding, maintenance, and operation of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and related policies. This role is crucial in applying effective risk management and optimizing control environments.The RoleAs a key senior technical resource and subject matter expert, the Head of Risk provides advice, guidance, and challenge to multiple levels of executive, property, and department management on all matters related to risk and risk management frameworks. This senior leader will offer oversight and support to ensure that risk management practices are robust and effective across the organization.Ensure the RMF, R&CF, RAS Policy, and other risk-related policies are consistently implemented, embedded, maintained, and operated.Provide support and guidance to property management and teams to ensure adherence to all risk management requirements.Monitor and report on adherence to the RMF and supporting frameworks, including the roles and responsibilities of the three lines of defence.Develop and maintain accurate risk profiles for all lines of business, ensuring they meet RMF requirements.Ensure the completeness and accuracy of Risk System/GRC content.About youA Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Business Management; Law; MBA etc.)Has, or is able to obtain, all required Casino Employee Licenses.Senior role experience in risk management for a large organization, preferably in a regulated environment (e.g., Financial Services).Developing risk management frameworks and maintaining risk profiles to ISO 31000 standards.Developing risk-based reporting for executive management and/or boards.Leading teams and delivering complex risk strategies.Developing, maintaining, and operating GRC systems for risk management outcomes.Additional Information
