About the Opportunity
This role is an integral part of the frontline growth and customer experience team who works with their team to maximise relationships through providing banking and lending solutions that meet customer needs with exceptional customer experience.

You bring an engaging, 'can-do', and innovating leadership style to proactively identify and develop authentic relationships that maximise the performance potential of people.
You are open to new ideas, seize opportunity, and deliver simple, sustainable solutions.

Key responsibilities:
Lead and support the business across a broad demographic within a region.
Lead a team of retail leaders.
Provide positive and comprehensive leadership, coaching and developing of direct reports.
Actively grow people and business within the network and existing customer base and from external sources.
Oversee and manage the communicating and applying accountability around role clarity, the will, skill, partner relationships, compliance, performance and the customer experience within your region.
Strategic planning and exceptional customer service to drive growth and profitability within the retail banking division.
