About the role The Head of Project Management Office (PMO) is responsible for the planning, governance, and successful delivery of all projects across the organisation. This role will manage a team of Project Managers (both technical and generalist) through the PMO with an emphasis on stakeholder engagement, change management and strong governance and reporting to ensure high quality project outcomes are delivered.
A key part of the role will be to guide the successful delivery of programs and projects, supporting the Executive and Project Managers to execute effectively and efficiently to deliver the best client and organisational outcomes. The Head of PMO will strengthen capabilities that comprehensively manage program delivery consistent with set milestones, timelines and budgets, while proactively managing delivery risks and end-to-end interdependencies across business units.
