Visit our website or YouTube channel to learn more.The RoleThis role drives the alignment, efficiency, and process integrity across TasWater's capital projects, including optimising program scheduling, financial and resource management, and ensuring compliance with governance and safety standards.Key responsibilities include:Oversee and report on TasWater's $1.9B capital works program to ensure successful delivery of outcomes.Optimise and schedule program activities, including timelines, governance, financial, and resource management.Lead performance-driven program management, focusing on risk reduction and reporting.Foster cross-functional collaboration, aligning the Project Delivery Group with enterprise-wide goals.Promote safety and compliance, ensuring alignment with TasWater's environmental and safety standards.What we're looking forWe're looking for someone with experience managing large, complex infrastructure programs within regulated environments. You must possess strong expertise in capital program management, as well as financial management, risk assessment, and resource optimisation.Our ideal backgroundExtensive experience in leading large-scale infrastructure programs.Strong leadership in multi-disciplinary, multi-partner environments, with a focus on risk in large-scale contracts.Expertise in program or portfolio management in a capital infrastructure environment.High-level communication skills for negotiating with industry stakeholders and contract partners.Track record in safety performance and developing continuous improvement initiatives.The DetailsThis role can be based in either Hobart, Launceston, or Devonport.Please provide a cover letter in your application that briefly outlines your experience and interest in the role.
