Head of Product (Integrations and Interoperability)At ASPL Group, we partner with clients who are transforming industries through innovation and excellence. We are currently recruiting for a Head of Product – Integrations and Interoperability on behalf of a forward-thinking health organisation. This is a critical leadership role that will help shape and execute the vision and strategy for integrations and interoperability across a set of products and services within the broader portfolio. You will lead the product direction, focusing on enhancing data sharing across products and partner ecosystems to deliver high value to the business and customers.We are open to candidates in multiple locations across Australia, offering flexibility and the opportunity to make a significant impact across the organisation.Experience within a healthcare context is highly desirable for this role!What's the opportunity?As the Head of Product – Integrations and Interoperability, you will lead the development and execution of product strategies that focus on seamless integrations and interoperability within the health tech ecosystem. This role will involve driving innovations that enhance product functionalities, ensuring they meet customer needs while delivering exceptional business outcomes. Your expertise will guide the integration strategy and lead efforts to ensure the interoperability of products with partner systems.Key responsibilities:Product Management: Take full accountability for the lifecycle of products, from design and development to launch, support, and performance measurement.Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and communicate the vision and strategy for your product portfolio, aligning with the organisation's broader objectives.Financial/Commercial Acumen: Manage budgets and monitor financial performance, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.Product Profitability: Oversee the profitability of products within your portfolio.Vendor Management: Lead vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring alignment with business objectives and SLAs.Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of market trends and share insights to shape product strategy and design.People Leadership: Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor products and market trends, identifying threats and opportunities.Product Roadmap: Create and maintain a strategic product roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams.Product Launch and Go-to-Market: Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches and updates.Customer Feedback: Engage with customers to gather insights and drive continuous product improvement.Stakeholder Management: Communicate product plans and progress to internal stakeholders.Key skills and experience:5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams to design and launch innovative products.Proven track record in delivering integrations and interoperability solutions.Experience managing outsourced or offshore vendors and performance evaluation.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage customer insights to inform strategic decisions.Ability to stay ahead of industry trends and identify growth opportunities.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.Proven problem-solving abilities, with experience addressing issues and driving product success.Experience working with tier one organisations and/or Government (2+ years).Experience within a healthcare context is highly desirable.A relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent.Why Join?You'll be supported by a collaborative environment that values innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement.
