About the Role An exciting opportunity to lead the Product vision, strategy and roadmap for our Consumer (Seeker) Division. Reporting to our Chief Product and Technology Officer, you'll be a critical member of our Product Leadership Team. With Product at the core of everything we do, this is a huge opportunity to shape our product strategy and drive product-led growth initiatives.
What you will be doing:Maximise value creation for Domain and our customers: Define the product, vision, strategy and roadmap for our Consumer (seeker) business, optimising performance on listings, driving core business metrics, and ensuring product-market fit.Traffic Optimisation & Performance: Continuously improve performance through understanding and driving traffic acquisition, while optimising traffic and achieving event outcomes.Cross-Segment Collaboration: Obsess over our consumer traffic, whilst working in partnership with our Agent business to accelerate our property marketplace.Autonomy & Change Leadership: Motivated by autonomy and being a proven change agent, you will build a true test and learn culture, energising a team to move at speed and with focus.Product Leadership and Collaboration: Work directly with executive leadership and cross functional peers to influence company direction.
