They are seeking a dynamic and skilled Technical Head of Product to play a pivotal role in shaping their success. As a Technical Product Manager, you will be one of the key members of their journey. They are looking for someone with a solid technical background and a passion for product development to drive the vision and execution of their product roadmap. While supporting engineering and development efforts, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a software solution that is focused on improving the work of healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives and values. Understanding technical requirements and translating them into product features. Understand the market and customer needs to keep driving the product to the forefront of its market. Foster collaboration and implement agile and lean methodologies throughout the organisation. Facilitate the prioritisation of initiatives that achieve business goals. Be the key interface on the product side for the commercial team. Key Skills: Proven experience as a Technical Head of Product or similar role, preferably in a startup environment that is rapidly scaling. The ability to work autonomously and display strong leadership to drive the growth of a product. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset Demonstrated ability to prioritise competing demands and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
