What are we looking for?
The Digital team at ORDE is looking for a talented and experienced Head of Product & Delivery to lead the Product team to continue ORDE's investment in Technology.
ORDE has rapidly expanded its technology delivery and is looking for an executive leader to build upon the current foundation that enhances the delivery capability to reliably deliver strategic projects without losing the agility and commerciality that has enabled a competitive lending platform at ORDE to be developed.

Project & Change Management:
Lead the development and execution of the ORDE project portfolio including the delivery of key projects that form business objectives in the annual plan.
Develop and refine the ORDE project and change management methodology to ensure consistent and successful delivery across the organisation improving project delivery consistency, quality, speed, and transparency.
Integrate change management processes seamlessly into project delivery, minimising disruption and maximizing the adoption of new products and processes.
Drive the adoption and continuous improvement of Agile practices and continuous integration/continuous delivery methodologies across teams to enhance delivery speed, quality, and adaptability.
Salesforce & Technology Integration:
Provide expertise in Salesforce, guiding its effective implementation and integration within the broader technology stack.
Awareness of key technology roadmaps and feature delivery from Salesforce, Q2, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft, and its applicability to ORDE for future adoption.
Strategic Partnerships & Capacity Building:
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, vendors, and external consultants to increase delivery capacity and support successful project execution.
Identify and leverage opportunities to enhance the organisation's delivery capabilities through partnerships with technology providers, implementation partners and joint ventures.
Develop in conjunction with ORDE Digital executive's annual digital budget.
Specific accountability for external consultant spend, ensuring resources are allocated transparently, effectively and deliver maximum value.
Monitor and report on project budgets, identifying potential cost savings and ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints.
Technology and Product Roadmaps:
Maintain a technology and product roadmap which highlights areas of investment focus, capabilities, and operating model to support ORDE's continued investment in technology.
Collaborate closely with the technology and product teams to provide input into the development of the product and technology roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Experience:
10+ years of experience in product ownership and project delivery and 5+ years with Salesforce technology required.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
Experience with Human Centred Design practices, including user research and prototyping.
Strong commercial acumen to assess potential returns and investment trade-offs.
Ability to work across ORDE driving commercial outcomes on project selection, delivery and department accountability.
Proven track record of delivering complex project portfolios, optimising trade-offs with high quality at pace.
Experienced at identifying, balancing and mitigating key technology risks to enable ORDE to remain safe but to rapidly adopt new technologies and execute projects.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to lead across ORDE Financial.
Experienced building high performing teams with track record of developing high performance teams.
