About Your Role As the Head of Practice Governance & Regulatory Reporting, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Australia's largest not-for-profit disability service provider. This senior leadership position offers the opportunity to lead the collaborative development and implementation of Scope's new Practice Governance Framework.
The role will lead the delivery of enhanced services and compliance with quality and regulatory standards, as well as holistically driving the practice governance agenda for the organisation.
What We Look For You will be an experienced and strategic senior leader who thrives on complexity, and values collaboration and ethical decision-making. You will be well-versed in the design and implementation of practice governance frameworks and regulatory reporting systems.
Utilising your Bachelor in Health, Business (or equivalent), you will also be able to bring diverse stakeholders together to systematically embed client quality and practice governance systems, policies, practices and mechanisms; ensuring that these remain fit for purpose with changing legal, regulatory and compliance requirements.
