Full timeIn this Head of Performance Proprietary Lending role, you will:Lead the Performance Coaching Function for Proprietary LendingProvide on demand coaching to Proprietary Lending colleaguesDeliver local and on the ground upskilling, onboarding and on demand support of new Lenders/HLEs to exceed performance objectivesGain a deep understanding of the Distinctive Leadership models and frameworks and coach leaders in applying themEnable quality and timely credit support and deal structuring outcomes to the home lending teamDrive people development and relationship management leading to dynamic, skilled and high performing bankersProvide post-onboarding support and performance coaching to new lendersWhat you'll bring:Strong people leadership experienceDemonstrated experience in coaching and developing teamsProprietary lending/home lending/contact centre/everyday banking experience advantageousTrack record of identifying training gaps and design and deliver training interventionsThis role can be based out of any NAB office nationally.A diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyoneWe know that our people make us who we are.
