We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional value to our partners and clients. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Partnerships NSW.In this role, you will develop, drive, and execute the channel strategy across the Consumer Partners Financial Institutions, Mortgage Broker, and Automotive distributions. You will also lead the State's and National Account Management disciplines to achieve our Profit, Revenue, and People targets while proactively de-risking the business.Other key aspects of the role:Growth & Outperformance: Accountability for the growth and outperformance of the strategic consumer partners plan for our New South Wales business.State Collaboration: Working closely with state-based counterparts to effectively communicate and implement the national strategy and sales/growth plans for each state, ensuring alignment and consistency for our national accounts and clients.Professional Services: Leading the NSW Business to provide professional services and standards to our partners to achieve and drive our growth targets, including executing the strategy across multiple channels.Retention & Satisfaction: Driving growth and retention of key and major accounts and work closely with the Sales Office to drive partner satisfaction.Strategic Partnerships: Acting as a strategic partner for the Sales Office, responsible for the local execution of the strategic national sales plan.Customer Obsession: Champion Customer Obsession, taking a lead role in driving our VOC & NPS strategy.Collaboration: Collaborating and working with internal and external teams to co-create customer-centric omni-channel experiences for our partners, and work with the Sales Office and Operations to develop plans with the Consumer COEs as required.Risk Monitoring: Working closely with senior management across relevant partners to understand key activities and monitor risk.
