With GOTAFE by your side, YOU'VE GOT THIS. Job details We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Senior Leadership Team in the role Head of Organisational Development. In this pivotal role, you will lead and implement key strategies to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and adaptability of our organisation. Your work will directly contribute to fostering a culture of continuous learning, diversity, and inclusion, while also driving our internal communication efforts.
As the Head of Organisational Development, you will be at the forefront of our People & Culture strategy, supporting GOTAFE's long term success by managing the Organisational Development team and overseeing a range of critical programs and activities.
As the successful candidate you will have:
Extensive experience in HR, organisational development, and/or learning and development, with a proven track record of driving successful improvement initiatives. Strong leadership skills, capable of inspiring change, delivering results, and managing a team of professionals. A strategic mindset with the ability to integrate OD initiatives into broader business strategies. Expertise in diversity and inclusion, internal communications, and adult learning methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. If you are successful in this role, you will be required to provide:
Relevant tertiary qualification in Organisational Development, Human Resources, or a related field Extensive experience in a similar role at a senior management level A current Police Check (date of issue is to be no more than 6 months prior to commencement date) A current Working with Children Check - Employee (or proof of application) A current Driver's Licence (Car).
