About the role As the successful applicant, the Head of Operations will drive the client's company forward, achieving organisational goals and ensuring alignment with their core purpose and strategic vision. 
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
Collaborating with the CEO, Board of Directors & SLT to develop/implement strategic plans aligned with vision and objective,Supporting the SLT in overseeing operations, ensuring efficiency across departments,Scheduling/coordinating successful audits and assessments,Establishing, monitoring and measuring key performance criteria & metrics,Regular reporting to the CEO and Board of Directors on organisational performance, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement,Communicating with internal and external stakeholders to keep them informed and engaged in the company's progress.About you To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
Eligibility to work in Australia 4-5 years experience managing Supported Independent Living and Respite and servicesExtensive experience/knowledge of complex autism and developmental delayComprehensive NDIS knowledgeNFP experience and knowledgeStrong understanding of disability and cultural safetyProven success in direct management of diverse teams.How to apply  To apply for this role, please submit your up-to-date resume and cover letter outlining your suitability for this role through the Apply button on SEEK.
