Key Responsibilities: Lead the overall UK OT site support and development of a diverse architecture, from leading-edge OT Information systems to obsolete control devices.Set the strategy and manage the priorities for OT systems development and standards.Manage a team revenue budget of approximately £500k/year and capital budgets for specific projects.Build team capabilities to ensure the correct balance of skills and experience to support the OT environment.Be a trusted partner and ensure regular communication with the IT and supply chain leadership teams to understand requirements and transfer best practices.Create and maintain roadmaps for rolling 5 years of systems development and obsolescence planning.Ensure that all OT risks and vulnerabilities are correctly documented and strategically managed.Work with the rest of the global IT teams to ensure that OT systems are integrated appropriately, secured and managed efficiently, with IT standards and policies applied accordingly.What We Offer: A challenging and rewarding role in a dynamic and innovative environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.The chance to work with a talented and dedicated team.Flexible working arrangements, with extensive travel across the UK and occasional trips to other regions.Essential Criteria: 10+ years in a complex control systems environment, with strong technical knowledge of at least two of - Siemens PLCs, WinCC SCADA, Iconics Genesis SCADA, Rockwell Logix platform.5+ years of IT knowledge and experiences, with good level of technical knowledge of at least 3 of - IP networking, Windows OS configuration, SQL Server management, OPC configuration, Active Directory, SCCM, Intune, Defender.Team Leadership, coaching and development experience.Strong stakeholder management skills and experience.High personal drive and time management, prioritization skills.Desirable Criteria: Experience with Siemens PCS7 systems, Automated Warehouse Systems, IoT, and OT security.Systems development and requirement analysis.Project management and negotiation skills.Training and coaching skills.Qualifications and Skills: Engineering qualification – degree, HNC, HND in relevant discipline.Fluent in English, with additional language skills in Dutch, French, Turkish, or Arabic being a plus.Personal Attributes: Flexible and a team player.Mature leadership skills.Self-managing, motivating, and starting.Consistent appetite for improvement and innovation.Positive can-do attitude.Curious mind, a need to learn and grow.pladis is an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to hiring a diverse workforce.
