Head Of Mergers & Acquisitions

The Company is in search of a strategic and experienced Head of Mergers and Acquisitions to drive its M&A strategy and lead the identification of new business opportunities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end transaction management, including negotiations, and will work closely with senior leadership to shape business growth.
This leadership role is pivotal in fostering innovation and executing strategic initiatives, and requires a professional with a strong background in business development, strategy formulation, and relationship management, particularly within the financial services and retail sectors.

Key Responsibilities: Providing strategic advice on market conditions.Leading the development and implementation of M&A strategies.Acting as a liaison to ensure effective communication across the business. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in M&A, with a focus on strategic thinking and leadership, and a proven track record in financial services, retail, and consumer sectors.
A qualification in accounting, legal, or finance is essential, as are exceptional relationship and communication skills, end-to-end M&A transaction management, financial modeling, and excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
