About the Role: Seymour is seeking an experienced, energetic, empathetic and skilled Junior School leader to fulfil the role of Head of McGregor Campus (Early Years - 6). Reporting to the Principal, this critical role is responsible for the responsibility for leading, managing and organizing all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the Junior Years (Prep - Year 6). This includes all aspects of curriculum, teaching and learning, and wellbeing, OSHC/Vacation Care, facilities, budgets, student experiences as well as communications with staff, students and families.
The Head of McGregor Campus is a key member of the Executive Team, reporting directly to the Principal.
Educational/Vocational Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor's degree in education.Current South Australian Teacher's Registration.Current Responding to Abuse and Neglect certificate.Current First Aid certificate.Qualifications and experience appropriate to the role.Current Working with Children's Check (WWCC) certificate.Experienced leader with significant leadership experience. Ability to teach across the Junior Years.Evidence of continued professional development.Qualifications which further support the work of the College.Qualifications at post-graduate level.Experience working in an all-girl's school.
