In this role, you will be partnering with leaders and HR colleagues to identify training needs and develop comprehensive learning plans aligned with organisational goals. You will be designing and delivering engaging learning programs that address the diverse needs of our workforce, including compliance training, technical skills development, and onboarding. Creating, curating, and delivering learning content, including training materials, workshops, and e-learning resources, as well as partnering with external training providers to develop and deliver specialised training content. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of our employees to ensure our continued success along with building a pipeline of ECH future leaders.  About You You will have previous experience in learning and instructional design, ability to connect and build strong relationships, influence and promote a learning environment along with excellent communication and time management skills. .
