Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, seasoned and highly skilled Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth in the competitive display solutions market. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B marketing, with extensive experience in building brand identity and voice. They will play a key role in shaping the marketing strategy, driving lead generation, and positioning Exhibit Central as a leader in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Leverage their experience working with international B2B brands and businesses to elevate Exhibit Central's brand to an international standard, ensuring a strong and competitive presence in the Australian market.
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Exhibit Central's business goals and objectives.
Build and maintain a strong brand identity and voice, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
Drive B2B lead generation initiatives by leveraging both digital and traditional marketing channels to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Oversee the creation of compelling marketing materials, such as website content, brochures, case studies, and presentations, to effectively communicate Exhibit Central's value proposition.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape, using these insights to inform marketing strategies.
Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
Plan, execute, and measure the success of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events.
Collaborate closely with the sales and product development teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with sales strategies and product launches, creating a cohesive approach.
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated optimally to achieve the best ROI.
Represent Exhibit Central at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, building relationships with key stakeholders and potential clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record of success in brand building and lead generation.
Experience in any of the following sectors: Printing, Exhibitions, Retail Displays, Promotional Products, Uniforms, Portable Displays, or Agencies.
Strong understanding of the marketing landscape and the ability to adapt strategies to meet the needs of different industries.
Experience in selling to marketing managers and other senior-level decision-makers.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a focus on driving results.
