Ideal for an experienced strategic marketing generalist this role is responsible for leading and delivering projects that will support the growth ambitions of LHH in Australia and New Zealand. The Head of Marketing will be responsible for the development, implementation and management of integrated marketing programs todrive lead generation, brand awareness and revenue growth for the region.
This role will be responsible for the continuous improvement of platforms, processes and procedures in support of the delivery of local marketing activities and achieving local targets in support of global strategy.
This high-impact role will work across business lines (including Career Transition and Mobility (CTM), Leadership Development (LD).

In this role you can expect to
Key Accountabilities
Marketing planning and budgeting
In consultation with key stakeholders including thecountryand sales leaders develop an annual marketing plan across Career Transition & Mobility + Leadership Development lines of business aligned to business strategy/goals.
Proactively seek out new and innovative marketing opportunities to promote the LHH brand and increase and accelerate revenue growth
Ownthe country marketing budget with a focus on generating a strong ROI.
Execution of the marketing plan
Partner with key stakeholders to create and deliver targeted lead generation campaigns, identify new sales opportunities, create go-to-market strategies and develop sector specific propositions.
Be accountable for executing the marketing plan to achieve country KPI's across business lines and support revenue growth, demand generation, brand awareness and positioning objectives.
This will include:
Event, sponsorship, communications, PR and thought leadership
Events: Agree and execute the annual events program which may include, webinars, seminars, round tables, corporate hospitality and exhibitions/conferences
Content: Work with the subject matter experts to produce articles, opinion pieces and case studies to support brand and sales objectives. This will include adapting content generated by LHH globally
PR: Work with the relevant stakeholders to plan and coordinate PR activity to support brand awareness and positioning objectives. This will include rolling out thought leadership, innovations and brand initiatives
Work with partners to maximise our ongoing editorial/advertising relationship
Sales and marketing collateral:Creation, adaptation and localisation of sales and marketing collateral as required, including corporate and product brochures, templates, case studies and sales support material
Lead and opportunity generation and go-to market strategy
Work with the Sales Director, ANZ and other key stakeholders to identify new sales opportunities, create go-to-market strategies and develop sector specific propositions/campaigns
Create and deploy targeted integrated campaigns to generate new leads and business opportunitiesin pursuit of marketing generated revenue goals
Work with the Global Marketing Team to ensure best practice lead gen./ nurture using SFDC/Pardot and building a solid sales pipeline for the region.
Brand Management
Work with the Head of Marketing, LHH Global CTM & LD and engagement through PR, thought leadership, voice building, point of view and other content marketing activity
Ensure all sales and marketing activity adheres to the brand guidelines and that all creative work and collateral produced internally or externally meets the highest standards of accuracy and quality
Ensure key messages, brand identity tone and voice are consistent and reinforced in all external communications and materials
Market research, insight and analyses
Monitoring competitors and conduct market scans to identify relevant trends, threats and opportunities
Monitoring thought leaders in the industry
Reporting and Optimisation
Review andoptimise the return on investment from all marketing expenditure, identifying areas for improvement.
Build collaborative relationships with the GlobalMarketing Team to ensure optimised use of expertise, materials, marketing assets and systems.

Comply with the Group's policies and procedures laid out in various management systems.
All About You
Required Experience
CIM qualification or Marketing Degree or equivalent
Proven track record of success in multiple B2B marketing roles
High level of expertise in developing marketing strategies aligned to business objectives and sales strategies
Experience using marketing automation tools to deliver marketing activities and support demand generation
Up to speed with latest marketing tools, techniques and best practices (on and offline)
Experience influencing at senior stakeholder level and managing third-party marketing agencies
Experience in brand management (brand/website refresh)
