The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the luxury hotel market, with extensive experience managing large teams and overseeing all market segments, including corporate, leisure, and MICE.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the marketing and sales strategy to drive revenue and market share across all segments.
Oversee a dynamic team, fostering a culture of performance, growth, and high morale.
Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns that enhance the hotel's profile and attract high-value guests.
