This pivotal role focuses on delivering high-quality technical production services in lighting for a variety of live performances and events across a variety of venues. The successful candidate will provide operational guidance and foster a collaborative environment that prioritises excellence and safety.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Manage and lead the Lighting team to provide expert technical support and guidance to both internal and external stakeholders.Equipment Management: Oversee department operations, event setup, and maintenance of lighting, SFX systems and equipment.Documentation and Planning: Interpret and create essential technical documents such as lighting plans, event equipment allocations, event crew resourcing, provide detailed recommendations for immediate and long term upgrades and manage lighting annual operational budget.Training and Development: Provide peer-to-peer training and mentoring to maintain high skill levels within the department. Your guidance will be key in fostering professional growth among team members.WHS Standards: Uphold relevant technical and Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) standards.
