Northcross is a vibrant K-6 co-educational Christian school situated in Ryde, in Sydney's northern suburbs. The school is seeking a committed Christian, with proven leadership experience, for the role of Head of Learning and Innovation. The role is vital to the ongoing development of the School's mission, which is to enable each student thrive as a child of God in the world by delivering a high-quality, balanced biblically-based education and providing a nurturing enrichment for personal and spiritual growth. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable and passionate about quality pedagogy, curriculum development and supporting teachers. This role forms part of the School's Senior leadership Team and requires someone who thrives in a collaborative and supportive culture. The role involves a teaching load and educational administration duties. Essential Criteria
Committed, active Christian Appropriate teaching qualifications (ideally including Post Graduate Degree) and be eligible to teach in NSW Current Working with Children Check Proven leadership experience Applications close 3pm on Friday 29 November 2024, however, applicants may be interviewed, and the role may be filled, prior to this date.
