Our Opportunity An exciting opportunity is now available to shape our technology operations and be a true expert. The Head of Information Technology (IT) holds a crucial position as it contributes to various areas and helps foster success in areas such as:
Strategy: Shape NEPEAN's future technology capability and framework.Execution: Own and support the business by successfully delivering key IT projects.Culture: Work collaboratively with global key stakeholders.Structure: Ensure the cybersecurity and compliance of our technology architecture and systems environment remains strong.Innovation: Identify and leverage opportunities for technology to drive business' decisive advantage.Leadership: Lead, grow, and mentor an energetic IT team. Contribute to overall organisational leadership as a part of the Senior Leadership Team.Other key responsibilities include:
Own the global IT function by providing end-to-end management of our technology infrastructure and services.Manage external vendor relationships and procurement processes to ensure cost-effective solutions and compliance with service-level agreements.Manage the budget for the IT function.Regular domestic and international travel to NEPEAN sites where required.About You You will be:
