About the role – Permanent, full-time

The role of Head of First Party Lending is a pivotal role within our Lending and Insights team and is accountable for delivering a differentiating omni channel home lending experience for People First Bank.
Reporting to the Group Head of Lending, the role will drive growth by executing on the lending strategy and ensuring a member centred lending experience across the national residential lending portfolio.
You will lead and inspire our First Party Managers to drive their respective regional teams towards success.
Your leadership will create a culture of collaboration, high performance, and engagement, empowering each team to achieve their best.
Along with the Group Head of Lending you will shape and drive our lending distribution strategy, with a focus on expanding First Party Lending into both established and emerging markets.
Your contributions will be pivotal towards our ambition of People First Bank being the premier lender of choice for all Australians.
Key Responsibilities: Lead a contemporary and best practice residential lending model across People First Bank First Party Lending channels.Embed the delivery of residential lending via physical, virtual and digital channels in line with our Member Experience omni channel strategy.Collaborate with other Senior Leaders within the Member Experience division to deliver aligned and consistent member experience across all products and channels.Develop, monitor and control the implementation of budget and manage resources to maximise and seek operational efficiency and effectiveness within defined budgetary parameters.Support our Lending transformation and technology programs, ensuring you apply a business lens to change programs and assess change readiness across First Party Lending.Monitor the competitive, industry, and regulatory landscapes to evaluate potential changes or innovations that may impact the lending market.Location:
Whilst our primary office locations are across Adelaide, Melbourne, Brisbane and Toowoomba, we are pleased to be able to consider applications from employees in all locations for this role.
