Your RoleReporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the role of the Head of Financial Control and Operations will be a broad one requiring you to be 'hands-on' and in the detail, but also a strong commercial business partner to the leadership team and board.You will be principally responsible for leading the accounting and procurement functions and for ensuring effective controls and accurate reporting to support commercial decision-makingFinancial Control and OperationsCommercially minded senior finance leader to lead financial control and procurement teams of the business.Development and enhancement of the financial control environment and corporate governance frameworkManagement of a small team of two qualified accountants, to deliver a world class finance accounting functionOversight of all core accounting areas - month end close, half year and year end close, cash-flow managementProcess improvements with a view of automating non-value add processes where possibleFinancial Reporting (including all associated ASX reporting)Maintenance of GL master data and finance systems Your ExperienceStrong Finance leader with 15 years plus experience.
