Head Of Finance Operations

A highly reputable, listed Wealth and Investment Management firm is looking for a Head of Finance Operations.
The company has over 100 billion of assets under management/administration and a network of offices around the UK.Reporting to the Group Finance Director, the main purpose of this role is to oversee the management and development of the operational finance teams whilst delivering the group strategy and championing digital transformation.Your RoleBe part of the Senior Leadership Team and have ultimate responsibility for the transactional accounting teams including AP/AR, expenses, reconciliations, and finance data.Lead the finance operations function process redesign to improve efficiencies.Involvement in the Group strategy including roll out of new reporting systems and processes.Build a motivated and resilient finance function.Management of 3 or 4 direct reports.Your Skills and QualificationsProven experience in finance operations management.Strong leadership and team management skills.Experience with process redesign and digital transformation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Seniority levelExecutiveEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionFinance and SalesIndustriesGovernment Administration
