We are currently seeking a dedicated and driven Head of Finance to join our dynamic finance team. This role will work closely with the CFO, providing crucial support across all financial functions and preparing to take on more responsibilities over time.The Role:Reporting directly to the CFO, the Head of Finance will play a key role in managing the day-to-day financial operations while contributing to the strategic direction of the company. This is a fantastic opportunity for a finance professional to develop their skills under the guidance of an experienced CFO, with the potential to grow into a more senior role in the future.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the CFO in developing and implementing financial strategies to support business growth.Manage core financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, providing valuable insights to the CFO and senior management.Assist in the preparation of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.Support the CFO in enhancing internal financial controls, processes, and reporting systems.Liaise with department heads to ensure financial targets are met and provide advice for sound financial decision-making.Participate in external stakeholder management, including interactions with auditors, banks, and investors, under the CFO's direction.Assist with fundraising initiatives by preparing necessary financial data and presentations in collaboration with the CFO.Take on increasing responsibilities over time to grow into a future leadership role within the finance team.About You:Relevant qualifications (CPA, CA, CFA, or equivalent) with a solid foundation in finance and accounting.4+ years of experience in a finance-related role, eager to work closely with a seasoned CFO.Strong understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.A proactive and collaborative approach, with the desire to learn and grow within a supportive finance team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across all levels of the organisation.Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities.What's on Offer:The opportunity to work closely with and learn from an experienced CFO.A pathway for future career progression within a growing company.A collaborative and forward-thinking work environment.Competitive salary package based on experience and qualifications.
