Your new role with Bendigo Bank is just a few clicks away.Position description: PD - Head of FCR Advisory.docxClosing date: 6th September 2024Join us as we re-shape our growing Financial Crime Risk (FCR) team and provide leadership across our Advisory function in delivering leading financial crime advisory and oversight services to the Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Group.With demonstrated experience in delivering best practice, innovative financial crime advisory services at a leading international or domestic financial institution, you have expert knowledge and understanding of financial crime obligations and the risk environment and demonstrated technical expertise in interpretation of financial crime legislation and obligations.You know what good looks like and how to deliver it, and we want you to bring to this role prior experience creating and executing innovative strategies as well as delivering change to teams and business processes.
You look for efficiencies and synergies, and you have a focus on fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.A skilled communicator with experience in presenting to Boards, Senior Management, and regulators, you have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage, influence, and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.As the

Head of FCR Advisory , you'll get to:Create and deliver the strategy that will deliver leading best practice financial crime advisory and oversight services to the Group.Lead a growing team in the provision of support and advice to the business in policy and legislative interpretation and the oversight and challenge of the performance of the Group's financial crime control environment.Oversee the provision of insights and reporting to business stakeholders and divisional risk committees and support the performance of risk assessments in the business.This is a full-time, permanent position which can be based in Melbourne, Bendigo, Adelaide, Sydney, or Brisbane.
